We are able to work on all kinds of reefer containers from different reefer manufacturers either belonging to shipping lines or other organizations which use reefer container for storage.

Some of the works we do on reefer containers include:

• PTI
• Pre-Trip Inspection is a procedure for inspecting or preparing container for stuffing as export container and also properly checking if container is sea worthy. We are also able to prepare a container as Controlled Atmosphere (CA) boxes.
• Monitoring
• Our monitoring of reefer containers mainly involves reading and recording temperatures and sending the reading as a report to our clients. This is to make sure the containers are working well until they are finally cleared from the port.
• Repairs
Repairs we offer include:
• Welding leakages and filling gas (all the Freon 134a gas we use in filling reefers undergo Halide test or sniffer tube test to ensure we are using non-contaminated gas).
• Replacement of faulty or damaged parts such as condenser, condenser fan motor, evaporator fan motor, controllers, sensors, solenoid coils and valves and even burnt-out compressors.
• To some extent we are able to perform repairs on containers that have a cut on their external bodies.
• Freon gas testing
• We have the current equipment such as the halide leak detector and the sniffer tube test kit for testing Freon gases to detect whether they are contaminated or not.
• Washing

• We have a wide range of sophisticated equipments such as the jet wash which runs on gas and can be used in washing Reefer/Dry Containers in times of power failures to deliver your washing need.

• We have in stock 20 footer and 40 footer reefer units for sale. We also have a variety of reefer parts in stock.

        DATA DOWNLOADING, SOFTWARE UPDATE & CONTAINER CONFIGURATION

• We have the latest equipment from Carrier Transicold called the blue USB Adapter which aids us in making your data downloading and report easy and fast for carrier units. You can also get your downloads in the original carrier DCX file.

• We also have the USB-RS 232 Adapter (URA) from AM-Solution used for retrieving data on other units as Daikin, Starcool and Thermo King.
